全球化已成為二十一世紀的重要趨勢，未來各國人才將在國際舞台上更全面地競爭與合作。台灣學生須具備國際視野與跨國移動能力；除專業能力外，亦應培養外語能力與多元文化素養，方能成為能掌握永續發展、國際化趨勢與全球議題的世界公民。

透過海外高中之國際交流機會，學生得以了解不同國家同齡學生的教育歷程、思維方式與文化背景，進而拓展國際視野，培養宏觀思維，為未來全球化時代做好準備。

台灣國際青少年交流協會致力於串聯國內外教育資源，促進交流機會的建立與媒合，與台灣數十所學校合作，協助學生認識並接軌海外學校，拓展國際視野。並專注於搭建交流平台與促成合作關係，讓學生得以透過學校與機構間的連結，參與多元的國際交流經驗。​

 

Globalization has become a major trend in the 21st century, with people from different countries increasingly engaging in competition and cooperation on the international stage. Taiwanese students need to develop a global perspective and the ability to engage internationally. In addition to professional skills, they should cultivate foreign language proficiency and intercultural competence so that they can become global citizens who understand sustainable development, international trends, and global issues.

Through international exchange opportunities with high schools overseas, students can learn about the educational experiences, ways of thinking, and cultural backgrounds of their peers in other countries. These experiences broaden their global perspectives, encourage them to think more broadly, and help prepare them for an increasingly globalized future.

The Taiwan International Youth Exchange Association (TIYEA) is dedicated to connecting educational resources in Taiwan and abroad, facilitating the development and coordination of exchange opportunities. Working with dozens of schools across Taiwan, the Association helps students connect with overseas schools and broaden their international perspectives. It focuses on building exchange platforms and fostering partnerships, enabling students to participate in diverse international exchange experiences through connections between schools and institutions.
